Randy Clark described the next move of God as a
reversal of licentiousness, repentance, sin will be dealt with, a sense
of God’s holiness, connected to the gifts of the Holy Spirit and
healing, a return to the solid teaching of the Bible. restoring the
doctrines of the early Church, and a harvest of lost souls. “And we are on
the precipice of that wave hitting the world right now.” Rolland Baker
predicted a
“passion for righteousness,” a “passion for God,” of being “more
alive than ever before” and “electric
with the power of God,” “becoming a volcano of life itself, finding out
what life really is, what it feels like.” Heidi Baker had a vision
of a wave of people moving in
the spirit realm, releasing control and holding on to “Daddy God.”
Considering the doctrines
of devils purveyed by the New Apostolic Reformation, their demonic signs and
lying wonders and their interlocking leadership with Messianic Judaism,
we surmise the coming revival of a “passion for righteousness” and
“reversal of licentiousness” will be the ascendance of the Pharisaic
Chabad Lubavitch and the Jerusalem Sanhedrin which will enforce the
draconian Noahide Laws for the “righteous Gentiles” and beheadings
of adulterers, homosexuals, blasphemers and idolaters (Christians).
“Becoming a volcano of life itself, finding out what life really is,
what it feels like” and “electric with the power of God,” sound like
Kundalini awakening. A
New Age website says, “Kundalini
is the miracle of life itself quickened and amplified.”
“Moving in the spirit realm,”
“releasing control” and “holding on to Daddy God” were experienced
by the Rabbinic
sages whose mystical contemplation and illumination led to their
illusory ascent to the throne
of God in Paradise, their claims of deification, i.e., demon
possession and other demonic experiences documented in the medieval Kabbalah revival
which spread like a fire through the Continent of what is now
Europe. The mystical experiences of the medieval sages who compiled
the Oral Traditions into the Talmud and Kabbalah were the same
paranormal experiences that bewitched the Jewish Gnostics who tried
to upend the sound doctrine of the early Church—which is probably
what Randy Clark meant by “restoring the doctrines of the early
Church.”
Contrary to the revival of
righteousness predicted by these NAR Apostles, Bible prophecies describe
a future revival of devil worship, signs and lying
wonders, licentiousness and lawlessness on a global scale:
“And the rest of
the men which were not killed by these plagues yet repented not
of the works of their hands, that they should not worship
devils, and idols of gold, and silver, and brass, and stone, and
of wood: which neither can see, nor hear, nor walk:
Neither repented they of their murders, nor of their sorceries,
nor of their fornication, nor of their thefts.” Rev. 9:20-21
“And then shall
that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the
spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of
his coming: Even him, whose coming is after the
working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, And
with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish;
because they received not the love of the truth, that they might
be saved. And for this cause God shall send them strong
delusion, that they should believe a lie: That they all might be
damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in
unrighteousness.” 2 Thess. 2:8-12
THE NEW AGE OF THE SPIRIT
Jesuit theologian Karl Rahner predicted, “The
Christian of the future will be a mystic or will not exist at all.”
Although Rahner distanced himself personally from “esoteric phenomena,”
his writings on mysticism meant finding God within himself through “a
genuine experience of God.”
“Eminent theologian Karl Rahner produced volumes
and volumes of commentary on God, redemption, the life of grace.
Scattered throughout the tomes of long and often convoluted
sentences are short and clear statements recognized as seminal
insights which continue to be much quoted. One of those statements
bears a relationship to what the Christian must be today. ‘The Christian of the future will be a mystic or will not exist at
all’ (Theol. Invent. XX, 149). By mysticism, Rahner
explains, he does not mean some esoteric phenomenon but ‘a genuine
experience of God emerging from the very heart of our existence.’ He
goes on to comment that the source of spiritual conviction comes not
from theology but from the personal experience of God. This
statement, made late in Rahner’s career, is similar to the comment
reported of Thomas Aquinas at the end of his life about his volumes
of theology being so much straw.” (Western

Centuries before the Catholic
Jesuit, Karl Rahner, a Cistercian monk named
Joachim of Fiore (1135-1202 A.D.) had visions and revelations of a
future age while in
deep meditation.
“The Age of the Spirit was to be the Sabbath or
resting-time of mankind. Then the world would be one vast
monastery, in which all men would be contemplative monks
rapt in mystical ecstasy and united in singing the praises of God.”
(Norman Cohn, Pursuit of the Millennium, pp. 108-9)
Joachim’s full revelation was of three stages or
epochs, namely, the age of Old Testament law, the New Testament age of
Grace after which the Age of the Spirit would replace the Church Age and
the world would be converted to mystical Christianity.
“Joachim (c.1135-1202) began his religious life as
a Cistercian monk from Calabria, Italy. His fame as a prophet began
to spread after he had two visions that ‘gave him the gift of
spiritual intelligence enabling him to understand the inner meaning
of history.’… According to Joachim, history was unfolding in three
epochs corresponding to Christianity’s Trinitarian concept of God.
“God the Father represented the first stage in
time, wherein humanity lived under the law as recorded in the Old
Testament. The second historical age, that of the Son, was a period
of grace lasting forty-two generations of 30 years that would end
with the appearance of the Antichrist (1260)…. Finally, there would
come the third era of the Holy Spirit, which would be marked by
increased spiritual intelligence and a new religious order that
would convert the world to Christianity. Joachim discovered most of
this during his first vision on one particular Easter night when he
was deep in meditation.
“Ushered in by monastics, the Age of the Spirit
would bring the conversion of the Jews and Gentiles, union of the
Greek and Roman churches, overthrow of Antichrist and inauguration
of the Sabbath of God.” (William Gentz, The Dictionary of Bible
and Religion, p. 530)
Joachim’s timing for the fulfillment of this prophecy
was off by nearly a millennium, however, the plans for the New Age of
the Spirit are presently underway. In 1993, the authors of The
Trojan Horse: How the New Age Infiltrates the Church, revealed
that the Temple of Understanding, a ‘Spiritual United Nations’ launched
by Eleanor Roosevelt, was networking monastic communities worldwide in
order to form the very leadership envisioned for the new global
spirituality by Joachim of Fiore:
“In June of 1980, the...Temple of
Understanding...sponsor(ed) the formation of a World Monastic
Council...to be an international network of monks, nuns, scholars,
theologians and laity from...both East and West, who would work
together to create...the global society of the future to work for
the awakening of spiritual consciousness (godhood).” (24:83)
Joachim’s failed prophecy exposed him as a false
prophet. However, the demonic spirits which deceived the mystical monk
would deceive future utopian mystics who instituted the totalitarian
regimes of National Socialism and Marxism:
“After Joachim’s death in 1202, several new
religious orders claimed to be the group that he prophesied would
convert the world. Obviously, the Church could not continue to
support Joachim’s teachings. His view of God was condemned at the
Lateran Council of 1215, and by 1259 all of his writings were
labeled heretical. Nevertheless, his prophetic system outlining
three stages of historical progression survived in various forms to
influence, if only indirectly, the thinking of several personalities
including Adolf Hitler, his Third Reich, like Joachim’s third epoch
was supposed to have lasted forever.” (Richard
Abanes,

pp. 176-177)
“Horrified though the unworldly mystic would have
been to see it happen, it is unmistakably the Joachite phantasy of
the three ages that reappeared in, for instance, the theories of
historical evolution expounded by the German Idealist philosophers
Lessing, Schelling, Fichte and to some extent Hegel; in Auguste
Comte’s idea of history as an ascent from the theological throughout
the metaphysical up to the scientific phase; and again in the
Marxian dialectic of the three stages of primitive communism, class
society and a final communism which is to be the realm of freedom
and in which the state will have withered away.” (Cohn, op.cit. p.
109)
Joachim received his prophecy in a trance state, from
a familiar spirit who was giving him a blueprint for a future age when a
false Christ would rise to power. There is evidence that the monastic
movement is now forming and will flourish during the Tribulation period:

This projection may be hard to
believe but it’s important to remember that the Tribulation period
will be a revival of the ancient pagan mystery religions and that
preparations for the enforcement of this Satanic religious system and
criminalization of Christianity have been underway for centuries. Things
are going precisely as planned by the Zionist conspirators who now
control the governments of the world. The various criminal elements of
this anti-Christian system are now in the final stages, for example the
Noahide Laws, which are never reported in the mainstream media and are
thus concealed from the uninformed masses.
It is important to note that Joachim of Fiore was a
monk of the Cistercian Order which had previously been the Ordre de Sion
in Calabria, Italy. According to Holy
Blood, Holy Grail, during their stay in Calabria, the monks of the
Ordre de Sion were given a tract of land owned by St. Bernard of
Clairvaux, who founded the Cistercian Order and wrote the Rule of
the Knights Templar. During Joachim’s lifetime the Ordre de
Sion was
located France where they were known as the “Prieuré de Sion.”
“The ‘Prieuré documents’ imply that...an abbey
existed by 1100 and housed an order of the...name [Ordre de Sion]
which may have been formed earlier... It is known that in 1070,
twenty-nine years before the First Crusade, a specific band of monks
from Calabria in southern Italy arrived in the vicinity of the
Ardennes Forrest, part of Godfroi de Bouillon’s domains. According
to Gérard de Sède this band of monks was led by an individual called
Ursus—a name the ‘Prieuré documents’ consistently associate with the
Merovingian bloodline... [A]t Orval, not far from Stenay, where
Dagobert II had been assassinated some five hundred years
earlier...an abbey was established to house the monks... By 1108
they had mysteriously disappeared... Orval, by 1131, had become one
of the fiefs owned by Saint Bernard...” (Baigent, Holy Blood,
Holy Grail, pp.113, 170)
The history of the Prieuré de Sion is important, for
it is this ultra-secret society which is directing the Zionist
conspiracy to draw Christianity into the global mystery religion —
Mystery Babylon, which will be destroyed by the Beast system of

To draw Christians into this mystical religious
system, traditional, Biblical Christianity is being transformed and
rebranded as Esoteric Christianity. As president of the Theosophical Society, Annie Besant
predicted this transformation in her 1902 book, Esoteric
Christianity:
“Is Christianity to survive as
the religion of the West? Is it to live through the centuries of the
future, and to continue to play a part in moulding the thought of
the evolving western races? If it is to live, it must regain the
knowledge it has lost, and again have its mystic and its occult
teachings; it must again stand forth as an authoritative teacher of
spiritual verities, clothed with the only authority worth anything,
the authority of knowledge. If these teachings be regained, their
influence will soon be seen in wider and deeper views of truth;
dogmas, which now seem like mere shells and fetters, shall again be
seen to partial presentments of fundamental realities. First,
Esoteric Christianity will reappear in the ‘Holy
Place’, in the Temple so that all who are capable of receiving it
may follow its lines of published thought; and secondly, Occult
Christianity will again descend into the adytum, dwelling behind the
veil which guards the ‘Holy of Holies’, into which only the Initiate
may enter…” (Annie Besant, Esoteric Christianity, pp.
26-27)
During the Tribulation period, conventional
educational systems will be replaced by “mystery schools” which will
educate students in the occult methods of receiving revelation from
familiar spirits. Mankind will be taught to gain “higher knowledge”
through direct revelation from spirit beings they perceive to be God,
Jesus Christ, angels, their higher selves, or spirit guides. In fact,
Mystery schools will rely on angels as teachers. Alice Bailey wrote that
teachers in the future mystery schools will ask children questions that
are beyond their knowledge to force them to invoke spirit beings for
the answers.
“...in the fifth year of the child’s life the
seeking intelligence ... will always be forced by the teacher into
the position of the inward search, not outer demand for a reply
which can be memorised and which rests upon the authority of the
older person.” (Alice Bailey, Education in the New Age, p.
25)
“Will the Churches of today take up the mystic
teaching, the Lesser Mysteries, and so prepare their children
for the re-establishment of the Greater Mysteries, again drawing
down the Angels as
Teachers, and having as Hierophant the Divine Master, Jesus? On
the answer to that question depends the future of Christianity.”

“Richard Foster promises that
through visualization we encounter the real Jesus Christ. ‘You can actually encounter the living Christ
in the event. It can be more than an exercise of
the imagination, it can be a genuine confrontation. Jesus Christ
will actually come to you.’” (Dave Hunt, The Seduction of
Christianity, p. 164)
These statements from occult
sources reveal the Satanic nature of the curriculum that will be
taught in the mystery schools during the Tribulation period.

In his book, The New Apostolic
Reformation, John Weaver noted that the major leaders of the
NAR have established “schools of supernatural ministry”
which appear to be templates for the mystery schools that will
replace conventional education in the New Age of the Spirit.
Although not listed by Weaver, Michael Brown’s FIRE School of
Ministry would fit the description of a mystery school:
“In the Revival Alliance,
Global Awakening, Iris Ministries, Ahn’s Harvest Rock Church,
and Bethel Church have all been involved in setting up some sort
of ‘school of supernatural ministry,’ and as we have seen Georgian Banov would like to do the
same thing. The Arnott’s Catch the Fire has also set up some
unaccredited schools of ministry as well, although the online
descriptions of them suggest they are more rigorous than other
Revival Alliance institutions (see Bethel School of Supernatural
Ministry; ‘Overview of GSSM’; Kantel 161–162; ‘Hrock SSM’;
‘Accreditation’; ‘Catch the Fire College’).”
The following overview gives a
general idea of the “supernatural”

snare who will be taught that this is authentic Christianity.

THE MESSIANIC AGE TO COME
Jesuit theologian Karl Rahner predicted, “The
Christian of the future will be a mystic or will not exist at all.” The
menacing implication is that Christians who refuse mystical teachings
will cease to exist. There will be a clear choice to be made during the
Tribulation period.
“And when he had opened the fifth seal, I saw
under the altar the souls of them that were slain for the word of
God, and for the testimony which they held: And they cried with a
loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, dost thou not
judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth? And
white robes were given unto every one of them; and it was said unto
them, that they should rest yet for a little season, until their
fellow servants also and their brethren, that should be killed as
they were, should be fulfilled.” Rev. 6:9-11; see also Rev.
20:4
Multitudes in the Gentile world are
already practicing the forbidden arts taught in the Supernatural
Schools of Ministry. They are using divination to discover meaning
of Scripture (Bible codes), using astrology to predict the future,
witchcraft (practice of magic), wizardry (sorcery) enchantments
(casting spells), consulting familiar spirits (visualization of
angels, Jesus, spirit guides), necromancy (communicating with the
dead). However, the proliferation of mystery schools during the
Tribulation period will insure that no child or adult is left behind
in the study and practical application of Jewish mysticism – the
pagan religious system Scripture identifies as Mystery Babylon.

shall that great city Babylon be thrown down, and shall be found no

in thee; and the voice of the bridegroom and of the bride shall be
heard no more at all in thee: for thy merchants were the great men
of the earth; for by thy sorceries were all nations deceived.” Rev.
18:21-23
According to the reestablished Sanhedrin in Jerusalem,
when the Noahide Laws are enforced, Gentiles will be judged by Jewish
rabbis in their Courts of Justice. The judgments of the rabbis will be
regarded as “God’s Voice” therefore, it will be blasphemy to speak
against the rabbis:

“Rabbi Yoel Schwartz, president of the Sanhedrin’s
Court for the Noahides, has been charged with preparing the
declaration, called ‘The Song of Israel and the World,’ that would
describe the spiritual basis for the organization…
“These are the seven messages of the Creator of
the world to humanity known as the Seven Noahide Laws:..
- “Blessing Hashem (God, literally ‘the name’):
Respecting the Creator and the sages who are
familiar with His Torah, and respecting the places of
worship where the Torah is learned and prayers are
recited to him. It is forbidden, God forbid, to speak
harshly against them or to curse them…
- “Laws: To establish courts to judge
justice and to direct society and obey the orders and
decisions of the courts.”
Although the rabbis who judge mankind will claim to
interpret the 7 Noahide Laws according to Torah, it will be according to
their mystical interpretation of the Torah. In his
book and on his website, Stephen Black promotes the works of Jeffrey
Satinover, a Jewish psychiatrist who is a Diplomate, American Board of
Psychiatry and Diplomate, American Board of Neurology and Diplomate
C.G. Jung Institute of Zurich. Carl Jung was a corresponding member
of the Society for Psychical Research and consulted a spirit guide
named Philemon. Jeffrey Satinover has high regard for
mystics and sages, having spoken at
conferences with
Leanne Payne, and in an
interview Satinover spoke of the influence of Leanne Payne and
C.S. Lewis on his thinking.
Satinover also wrote a book titled
Cracking the Bible Code. The description calls solving the
Bible codes a “holy quest” undertaken by “mystics and sages” and that
cracking the Bible Code “will forever change our view of God”:
“Cracking the Bible Code is
the true account of the most amazing scientific research ever
undertaken. References to important names, dates, and historical
events have been found encoded in the book of Genesis. No individual
could have known this information from what grew in the garden of
Eden to details of the Gulf War. Mystics and sages
have long held that these codes existed, proving God’s direct hand
in all that was and is to be. Incredible? Yes. But some of today’s
greatest scientific minds have been unable as yet to disprove the
codes. If the codes are genuine, they will forever change
our view of God, faith, and our fate. Cracking the
Bible Code explores the extraordinary possibilities and the
furor surrounding the codes in a riveting story that is equal parts
holy quest, Byzantine intrigue, and cutting-edge science.”
Satinover states with all seriousness that God created
the world “in some mysterious way” using the “letters” of the Torah. For
this reason, the purpose and mission of Israel has always been to
preserve the “letters” of the Torah:
“The Torah has always been viewed by Jews as a map
of all existence through space and time, standing outside of and
above it. The physical world is the Torah’s derivative, not the
other way around. And it is, in particular, the letters of
the Torah that, in some mysterious way, are God’s agency for the
world’s creation. Thus, in its mission to preserve the Torah as
exactly as it can, by treasuring and preserving every letter,
Israel’s historical purpose is also to preserve and care for the
blueprint of all existence.” (p. 44)
Satinover also claims that the text of the Torah has
been accurately preserved by “the honored scribes of Jewish history” –
the Orthodox Jews who spend every day, except for the Sabbath, “devoting
themselves above all else to the Word of God.”
“Six days a week they may be found indoors at
their benches and desks, working at their task intently, and with
infinite patience…
“The Torah scrolls they copy out by hand may be
found within the ark at the front of every synagogue anywhere in the
world. These are more than simply copies of Scripture of the sort
found in every home and study hall; they are in some mysterious way
living documents… The transmission of one scroll to another—copied,
in every case, letter by letter by these scribes—is itself a sacred
ritual… (p. 46)
“Of all the texts, the Torah is indeed the best
candidate to contain information that goes beyond the simple meaning
of its words, embedded in its letter-to-letter sequence.” (p. 55)
Satinover quotes the late Rabbi Aryeh Kaplan, who
“summarized the Jews’ mystical approach to the Torah as follows:
“Because the Torah reveals God’s will to man, it
was given letter by letter… [E]ven the most seemingly
trivial…variations…can teach many lessons to the person who is
willing to explore its depths…
“God wrote the Torah in a complex manner so that
it would be a never-ending source of inspiration and study. Just as
new concepts are derived from apparent contradictions in nature, so
can the knowledge of God’s purpose and law be derived from the
apparent…contradictions in the Torah…” (p. 54)
The Jewish Encyclopedia
states, “the
central doctrine of Gnosticism—a movement closely connected with
Jewish mysticism—was nothing else than the attempt to liberate the
soul and unite it with God. This conception explains the great
prominence of angels and spirits in both the earlier and the later
Jewish mysticism. Through the employment of mysteries, incantations,
names of angels, etc., the mystic assures for himself the passage to
God, and learns the holy words and formulas with which he overpowers
the evil spirits that try to thwart and destroy him. Gaining thereby
the mastery over them, he naturally wishes to exercise it even while
still on earth, and tries to make the spirits serviceable to him.
So, too, were the Essenes familiar with the idea of the journey to
heaven...; and they were also masters of angelology. The practise of
magic and incantation, the angelology and demonology, were borrowed
from Babylonia, Persia, and Egypt; but these foreign elements were
Judaized in the process, and took the form of the mystical adoration
of the name of God and of speculations regarding the
mysterious power of the Hebrew alphabet...,
‘the
name of God creates and destroys worlds’),
to become, finally, foundations of the philosophy of the
‘Sefer
Yeẓirah.’”
One specimen of the mystical method of interpretation
is a Kabbalist Rabbi who believes that he has discovered the meanings of
the Hebrew letters, which are themselves divine and literally ‘gods.’ In
this video, Ana B’choach chants the Hebrew “letter gods”
to connect to “the force” of creation which is ‘healing energy.’

powerful and mystical prayer of all. This sequence of Hebrew
letters embodies the force of creation and is also known as
the 42-Letter Name of the Creator. When we pray and meditate on this
prayer, we are connecting in a very powerful way to the original
force of creation and drawing healing energy and protection into our
lives.”
One perceptive comment in response to this video is
worth quoting: “The closest thing to a druid casting a spell.” This is
true.

So, instead of studying the actual words of God, so
they can understand and obey God’s commandments, the Jewish scribes have historically
plumbed the depths of letter sequences to support their oral traditions.
The Christian reader may wonder who in their right mind interprets
Scripture according to its letter meanings. The Jewish mystics,
ancient and modern, having rejected Jesus Christ, the Word of God, have
preferred their Oral Traditions, as formulated in the Talmud and
Kabbalah. These “Holy Books” of Judaism teach the supernatural arts and
techniques, such as divining letter sequences in the Torah, and magic
spells and rituals which conjure familiar spirits who take up residence
in their persons and control of their minds.
“Kabbalism...includes...a group of divinatory and
magical practices, manipulations of the alphabet and the text of the
Pentateuch, magic spells and rites. All of these elements go back to
very early days—to the beginnings of Israel in Palestine, and it is
these beginnings which shed most light on both scholarly Kabbalism
and popular Hasidism, and, in addition, go far to illuminate the
real, the abiding spiritual meaning of Judaism in all times and
places.” (Intro, The
Holy Kabbalah, 2003, p. ix)
In a moment of honest disclosure, Dr. Michael Brown
revealed how the rabbis derived the spurious Noahide Laws from the
Torah:
“If you take a moment and read the verses in
Genesis 9, you might scratch your head and wonder how the ancient
rabbis found seven commandments here, since the text seems only to
prohibit murder and eating of meat with blood. Well, the rabbis were
experts in reading their traditions back into the Scriptures, often
seeing multiple layers of meaning in the Torah text and believing
that every divine command that was included in the Oral Law…with the
rarest exceptions—could be tied to some verse or phrase or word or
unusual spelling phenomenon in the biblical text. In fact, many
Talmudic discussions are devoted to this very subject, namely, how
to find support for traditional practices in Scriptures. This makes
for some ingenious arguments.” (60
Questions, pp. 107-8)
By “traditions” Michael Brown means the Talmud, the
compendium of Rabbinic commentaries which supersedes Scripture in
Judaism and where the death penalty for breaking a Noahide law is hidden in a footnote:
“As explained in a footnote to the Soncino Talmud:
“These commandments may be regarded as the
foundations of all human and moral progress. Judaism has both a
national and universal outlook on life. In the former sense it is
particularistic, setting up a people distinct and separate from
others by its peculiar religious law. But in the latter, it
recognizes that moral progress and its concomitant Divine love and
approval are the privilege and obligation of all mankind. And hence
the Talmud lays down seven Noachian precepts, by the observance of
which all mankind may attain spiritual perfection, and without which
moral death must inevitably ensue. That perhaps is the idea
underlying the assertion…that a heathen is liable to death for the
neglect of any of these. The last is particularly instructive as
showing the great importance attached to the humane treatment of
animals; so much so, that it is declared to be fundamental to human
righteousness.” (p. 107)
Michael Brown makes light of the traditions of the
rabbis, but Jesus did not:
“He answered and said unto them, Well hath Esaias
prophesied of you hypocrites, as it is written, This people
honoureth me with their lips, but their heart is far from
me. Howbeit in vain do they worship me, teaching for
doctrines the commandments of men. For laying aside the commandment
of God, ye hold the tradition of men, as the washing of
pots and cups: and many other such like things ye do. And he said
unto them, Full well ye reject the commandment of God, that ye may
keep your own tradition.” Mark 7:6-9
The Scribes and Pharisees were consulting their
father, the devil, instead of the Son of God in their midst.
“Why do ye not understand my speech?
even
because ye cannot hear my word. Ye are of your father the
devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer
from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no
truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he
is a liar, and the father of it. And because I tell you the
truth, ye believe me not.” John 8:44
“God’s Plan for Israel and the Nations”
Michael Brown is also involved
with FIRM, the Fellowship of Israel Related Ministries, and Rabbi
Jonathan Bernis is on the Board of FIRM.
Members of FIRM include: Chosen
People Ministries (Mitch Glasser) and Jews for Jesus (Dan Sered), both
founding organizations of the Lausanne Consultation on Jewish
Evangelism.
In 2015, Jonathan Bernis spoke at FIRM’s Israel Summit
on God’s Plan for Israel and the Nations. In giving his personal
testimony, he quoted the Scriptures which persuaded him to believe in
Yeshua. These verses revealed to Bernis the all-important fact that
Yeshua was Jewish. To make his case for the Jewish ethnicity of Yeshua,
Bernis misquoted Matthew 22:37 by reciting the Shema of Deuteronomy
6:4-5 which Jesus purposefully omitted: “Hear O Israel, the Lord thy God
is One….”
“Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy
God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy
mind.” Matt. 22:37 (no Shema)
Rabbi Bernis’ testimony might have been compelling,
however, one thing was missing: repentance. The decisive moment for
Bernis was discovering that (1) Jesus was Jewish and (2) early Jewish
converts to Yeshua remained Jewish, never having to give up their Jewish
traditions. Bernis also ignores the testimony of Scripture in his book,
A Rabbi Looks at the Last
Days: Surprising Insights on Israel, the End Times and Popular
Misconceptions:
“As Jews, we also believe that we, like the
first-century believers, who all happened to be Jewish, have a
responsibility to retain our Jewish identity.”
Rabbi Bernis then proceeded to speak about the
restoration of Israel, claiming that event will bring about the
redemption of the world, spiritual revival in the nations, and the
return of the Messiah. In other words, Israel will be restored and the
world will be redeemed before Jesus Christ returns.
“Restoration of the land of Israel and people of
Israel is a key to the restoration of the nations. When the Jews
come back to their land and back to their God, that means life from
the dead for the nations. And it’s not just life from the dead, it’s
spiritual revival, it’s the resurrection from the dead, we’re not
only talking about the restoration of all things or life from the
dead, but when Paul says the blindness will be taken off the eyes of
Israel, then the redeemer will come to Zion.”
This is not Scriptural, but Zionist / NAR kingdom
building eschatology. In his talk at the Messianic Jewish FIRM Israel
Summit, Rabbi Bernis omitted the entire Tribulation period and martyrdom
of those who will be slain for the Word of God (Rev. 6) and
misrepresented the God’s judgment of Israel as a spiritual revival that
would redeem the world. He even reversed the order of events prophesied
in Zechariah 12 and 13 — that Jesus will first descend on the
Mount Olivet, which will cause the whole land of Israel to mourn
and be in great bitterness for Him whom they have pierced.
Zechariah 12 & 13
12:10 And I
will pour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of
Jerusalem, the spirit of grace and of supplications: and
they shall look upon me whom they have pierced, and they shall mourn
for him, as one mourneth for his only son, and
shall be in bitterness for him, as one that is in bitterness for his firstborn. 12:11 In that day shall there be a
great mourning in Jerusalem, as the mourning of Hadadrimmon in the
valley of Megiddon.
12:12 And the land shall mourn, every family apart;
the family of the house of David apart, and their wives apart; the
family of the house of Nathan apart, and their wives apart;
12:13 The family of the house of Levi apart, and
their wives apart; the family of Shimei apart, and their wives
apart;
12:14 All the families that remain, every
family apart, and their wives apart.
The Hebrew word for bitterness implies anger
(Strong’s #4751. מַר mar) which will likely be directed at the Rabbis who have
deceived the masses of Jewry. Zachariah 13 foretells that they will
kill the false prophets in Israel and 2/3 of the Jews will be cut
off and die. Only 1/3 of Jewry will be left and even the remnant
will pass through the fire. Only then will the remnant of Israel
call on “Jesus” and be saved. In stark contrast to Jonathan Bernis’
rosy prediction of the restoration of Israel and the nations, there will be no spiritual revival
in Israel until the Lord Jesus Christ reveals Himself to the remnant
of Jews who survive God’s judgment on that nation.
13:1 In
that day there shall be a fountain opened to the house of David and
to the inhabitants of Jerusalem for sin and for uncleanness.
13:2 And it shall come to pass in that day, saith
the LORD of hosts, that I will cut off the names of the
idols out of the land, and they shall no more be remembered: and
also I will cause the prophets and the unclean spirit to
pass out of the land.
13:3 And it shall come to pass,
that when any
shall yet prophesy, then his father and his mother that begat him
shall say unto him, Thou shalt not live; for thou speakest
lies in the name of the LORD: and his father and his mother that
begat him shall thrust him through when he prophesieth.
13:4 And it shall come to pass in that day, that
the prophets shall be ashamed every one of his
vision, when he hath prophesied; neither shall they wear a
rough garment to deceive:
13:5 But he shall say, I
am no prophet, I
am an husbandman; for man taught me to keep cattle from my
youth.
13:6 And one shall say unto him, What
are these wounds in thine hands? Then he shall answer,
Those with which I was wounded in the house of my
friends.
13:7 Awake, O sword, against my shepherd, and
against the man that is my fellow, saith the LORD of hosts:
smite the shepherd, and the sheep shall be scattered: and I will
turn mine hand upon the little ones.
13:8
And it shall come to pass, that in all the land,
saith the LORD, two parts therein shall be cut off and die;
but the third shall be left therein.
13:9 And I will bring the third part through the fire, and
will refine them as silver is refined, and will try them as gold is
tried: they shall call on my name, and I will hear them: I will say,
It is my people: and they shall say, The LORD is
my God.
Jonathan Bernis omitted all of these prophecies in
Zachariah because they contradict the Zionist utopian “Plan for Israel
and the Nations.” Michael Brown also spoke at the 2015 FIRM Israel
Summit on “The History of Replacement Theology and anti-Semitism in the
Church.” Why do the majority of Messianic Jewish leaders remain
intensely loyal to Israel yet seem to have no attachment to the
Christian Church, which they relentlessly criticize?
MESSIANIC JUDAISM IS NOT CHRISTIANITY
The New Apostolic Reformation is an outcome of the
Lausanne Consultation on World Evangelization which created a special
category for Messianic Jews called the Lausanne Consultation on Jewish
Evangelism (LCJE). Notice the title is “Jewish Evangelism” not Evangelization which only applies to Gentile people group
categories who must syncretize with all religions while Jews may retain
their Jewish identity.
The Lausanne Consultation on Jewish Evangelism allows
Jewish converts to Yeshua, unlike other sinners who are born again and
become new creatures in Christ, to remain in their religion of Judaism
with all of its traditions – language, feasts, corrupt Aramaic
scriptures, Rabbinic Talmud, Mishnah, Haggadah, synagogues,
anti-Christian/anti-Gentile racism promoted by Messianic Rabbis – while claiming to believe in
Jesus/Yeshua as the messiah.
John Weaver views Messianic Judaism
as NAR’s attempt to infiltrate Judaism to win converts, however,
NAR’s mystical, authoritarian Apostle leadership, Dominion theology and Kingdom eschatology
agrees so completely with the Dominionist Kingdom theology of Messianic Judaism that the reverse is more likely the
case—unconverted Jews have infiltrated and taken control of Christianity.
“At this current juncture, the
Messianic movement is thoroughly embedded in the NAR. Because of the
enormous political and religious problems this poses for Israeli,
Palestinian, and U.S. policy makers, it is imperative to note these
movements’ similarities.” (Weaver, p. 202)
